This is a short yoga sequence designed for use after your workout to give your body an overall stretch and gentle muscle toning on your way to cooling down. A lovely way to transition from high intensity exercise into your centred self.
Sarah lives near Fairfield, Hitchin, Hertfordshire. She trained with the Akasha Yoga Academy Bali, graduating from their 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training and is now Yoga Alliance International certified to teach yoga. Sarah's hatha and yin yoga sessions are customised to the needs of her clients.
