I have been going to Sarah for prenatal yoga throughout my pregnancy. The sessions have helped me with strengthening the pelvic floor, I feel really flexible and relaxed after the practise.
Sarah tailors the class depending on how I feel, and I notice that any aches and pain feel much better after the class.  I have no doubt that Sarah helped me have a relatively easy pregnancy and to maintain a positive mindset.

Sarah's Yin Yoga sessions are incredibly relaxing, her soothing voice and gentle guidance help you to relax and release tension, both physically and mentally. The Hatha classes are a perfect blend of strength and mindfulness, I always leave her classes feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

 Sarah’s yin yoga classes are always so relaxing and leave me feeling super relaxed. She demonstrates each pose, giving possible modifications, and explains how each pose is benefiting the body. Would highly recommend Sarah’s classes.
